The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and we never sell what little it does.
Who we are
Loudhook is run by Tom Kendall, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For anything related to this policy, email[email protected].
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address and business details you type - nothing else. We use them to build and send your preview and to reply to you, and for no other purpose. If you go live, your direct debit is set up and handled by GoCardless under their own privacy policy - we never see or store your bank details.
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use advertising cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you around the internet.
What we don't do
- Sell, rent or share your details with anyone
- Send marketing emails you didn't ask for
- Store your data longer than needed to deal with your enquiry
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it - usually the same day, because there's usually nothing to find.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date below.
